Leading the way in Hydraulic Cylinders in Turkiye since 1950

Kayahan Hydraulics hosted engineering students for an immersive, on-site industrial experience.

The T3 Foundation and the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology organized a technical visit to Kayahan Hydraulics’ production facility, bringing together engineering students for a hands-on industrial experience.

The program welcomed students from engineering and hydraulics departments, aiming to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world production environments. The visit began with a comprehensive presentation introducing Kayahan’s engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and precision-oriented production approach.

Following the presentation, participants were divided into smaller groups and guided through the production site by Kayahan engineers. This structured field experience enabled students to closely observe manufacturing processes, understand operational dynamics, and engage directly with industry professionals.

Kayahan Hydraulics believes that direct exposure to production environments plays a key role in shaping the mindset and capabilities of future engineers. By supporting such initiatives, the company continues to contribute to the development of industry-ready talent and a stronger engineering ecosystem.

We extend our sincere thanks to all contributors and participants who made this visit possible:
